The eShop can be maintained by the site owner via the Administration Control Panel. Depending on how the owner decides to manage the business, maintenance may be daily or weekly with major changes made on a seasonal basis. As with any business, maintenance takes time and may be minutes, hours or even days (seasonal) and is dependant on the expertise of the owner and the maintenance to be performed.

At the request of Members we have developed two varying Maintenance Packages. These are designed to take care of changes such as new season additions, stock deletion, price updates, updated pictures, textual changes, site colour changes, software patches, upgrades and updates, search engine marketing, problem solving and more. Packages are managed by eShop professionals and ensure Members can save considerable time and also have the most up to date sites and information in their business.

Once established the operation of a the maintenance package is as simple as detailing your requirements in a Support Ticket and the project is actioned upon receipt. For seasonal updates, software upgrades etc maintenance may be actioned automatically, upon request, and the owner advised by email that the maintenance/upgrade has been completed.
