NOTE: the following information is supplied for

If you experience issues connecting to your
web site in most cases this is a Network Issue
(ISP connections etc).
Please complete the following steps before opening
a Support Ticket.
Pinpointing a
Problem/Testing Other Sites.
You can test your connection to other sites using
the command-line Ping utility on your computer.
You can find out where the problem is in
the connection to any given site using the
command-line
1) To ping www.yourdomainname.com:
= insert your actual domain name with
extension
- Open a command
prompt (). (See
more instructions)
- At the C:\
command prompt type
ping
www.yourdomainname.com
and press Enter.
- This will give
you a low, high, and average RTT value. You
can test any URL this way.
If you receive an
incomplete message please contact your ISP for a Network update.
If the Network is fine then open Support Ticket #1
and detail the issues and error messages you
receive.
